Registration Fees and Deadlines

School Fee:

There is NO SCHOOL FEE for SDIMUN.

Delegate Fees/Registration Deadlines:

Regular Registration (October 3rd – December 16th): $40 per delegate (was $55 per delegate)

Late Registration (December 16th – January 24th): $50 per delegate (was $60 per delegate)

Country Assignments will be distributed on a rolling basis as payment is received.

Payment Policy

Invoices will be sent within two weeks of registration. Regular Registration Payments are due by the end of December and Late Registration Payments are due by the end of January. Please communicate with us if you cannot pay by the date noted. We accept payments in the form of checks and will accept other forms of payments for a small fee. All checks should be made out to “San Diego Model United Nations” for the full amount. The USG of Finance will send a confirmation upon receipt. If you wish to change the number of delegates you have registered, please email Audrey Hanna.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the start of the conference: Full refund

• Cancellations between 6 and 2 weeks before the start of the conference: 50% refund

• Cancellations within 2 weeks of the conference: No refund
